At Otherworld Arsenal, every item is crafted with care and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Many of our products are 3D printed and finished by hand, which means:

Product Characteristics

-Slight surface variations or minor print marks may occur due to the 3D printing process. These are normal and part of the nature of the product.

-Every order is carefully checked before being packed to make sure it meets our standards.

Returns & Exchanges

-Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or minor cosmetic variations.

-If your order arrives damaged in shipping or has a major defect that affects its function or display, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund.
